Address: Skai, 2 Stamford Rd, Singapore 178882 Price: $78/pp Located on the 70th level of Swissôtel, this restaurant serves contemporary European cuisine and the city panoramas. We visited this place on a Sunday to try their Sunday 3 course menu. They also served bread for starter which was soft and fluffy! Here's what we ordered:- Appetisers: Smoked Duck - 8/10 the vegetable was lacking a little salt but the duck was soft and tender! The smokiness of the duck was strong, very tasty. Overall nice texture throughout the dish. ; Pea soup - 2/10 not recommended - bland and lacks visual presentation and texture. Main: Salmon - 10/10 well balanced dish in both taste and texture. Fish was cooked to perfection - crispy skin and flakey meat! ; Pork Belly - 10/10 another well balanced dish! Pork belly was crispy yet succulent! Dessert: Match Tiramisu - 8/10 nice texture between all the element on the dish. The vanilla bean ice cream was very tasty! ; 8/10 for the chocolate lover! The sorbet balanced out the richness of the chocolate mousse! Overally its a nice place to visit for a date! I recommend bringing a sweater as it's very cold. The set menu was very worth it, and you can add a glass of their house wine. #sginsider
