Indo Cafe - The White House is located on Scotts Road. The restaurant itself is housed in a historic building with more than a hundred years of Southeast Asian colonial style. It mainly serves traditional Malaysian Penang Nyonya cuisine. The overall dining experience is very good in terms of service and environment. I highly recommend the Otah Otah, which is made with fish meat paste and crab meat paste mixed with spices. The taste they make is really unforgettable.
