And the wait of almost 45 mins is well worth it. The 5-course set includes a starter, a soup/salad, a main, a dessert and a beverage. For the 8-course, apart from the above, there will be wholesome bread, soup AND salad and a wellness apple cider shot. The starter is very special comprising of Cherry tomato with herb, dragon fruit with mint and green tea flavoured peach gum. Even the salad uses the freshest greens and fruits. For soups, we ordered the unconventional double boiled soups which we don’t usually prepare at home. And it’s really really good. Really can feel the full-bodied soups from many hours of double boiling. For the mains, we had brown rice with red quinoa, truffle broth ramen, truffle pasta and kale tofu with truffle wild rice. The taste is really good. Something unique which are not commonly available elsewhere. Flavourful and still feel like “clean eating”. We tried all the 4 desserts. Haha. Only thumbs up. Even the beverages feel unique. The ingredients used are indeed of high quality. Befitting of fine dining food albeit a more family dining setting. Highly recommended for their set-meal combo.
