#staycation - Yummy Menu at Main Dining Cruise Ship : Royal Caribbean Spectrum of the Seas Location OnBoard : Main Dining at Level 3 and Level 4 As part of your staycation package out at sea onboard Royal Caribbean Spectrum of the Seas, you get to enjoy all the fun filled activities onboard, port of call landings as well as feast at various dining options too. One of the highlights during your seacation is the Main Dining Rooms at Level 3 and Level 4. You are automatially assigned a timing, table and which floor to go to under My Time Dining, which is actually printed on your Seapass card. If you find that the slot is not suitable, you can amend it at the front counter of the Main Dining Room. For me, I simply love the great spread on the ala carte menu which you can enjoy unlimited servings. Vegan food choices are also available too. Just log into your RCI apps and they are just listed after the Kid’s Menu section. Note that the Menu changes daily so be sure to check in advance and see what you will like to eat. For vegan, my choice picks are usually : - Cold Toufu with Pickled Chinese Vegetables - Zucchini Fitters with Toufu Mayonnaise - Sweet & Sour Shitake Mushroom Skewers - Avocado, Toufu & Cherry Tomatoes with Honey Soy Dressing - Stir-fried Lotus Roots with Mushroom, Celery and Corn For regular mains, I will go for : - Beef carpaccio - Salmon graviax - Roasted Beef Tenderloin - Aged Prime Rib of Beef SImply delicious and satisfying ! As a regular and loyal RCI cruise member, I have built a good rapport with the friendly staff onboard. Hence, I am also able to get special advance orders of grilled salmon steaks and even chocolate covered strawberries for my meal time. Sometimes I just want to eat something simple and the chef will whip up an egg fried rice or fried noodles for me too :) Need I say more ?
