Sumptuous hotel buffet

Address - Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 5 Raffles Avenue, Singapore 039797 Staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel meant a good excuse to check out the buffet spread of international cuisine at Melt Cafe! The restaurant is huge with ample seating space for many people. The buffet options and variety was equally wide, although naturally some dishes were better than others. There is a seafood section which was super popular as they had free-flow fresh oysters, lobster, prawns and more! When we visited, the special highlight was the beef dishes, which were pretty decent.
