Grilled Rice

#musteat nasi bakar at Indo Express! Located at Baobao Foodcourt, Lucky Plaza. When you enter the building from level 1, you will see this near ATM and miniso. This grilled rice or nasi bakar is super nice! You can taste the fragrant smell of banana leaves wrapped on the rice, complete with lemonherb / basil, petai, and dried cuttlefish blended very well. If you love savoury food and can take salty one, you will like this! I add risoles also as snacks because I was too hungry, but I don't recommend the risoles (creamy vegetables spring roll). Note that they only open until 7pm for last order. Do come earlier if you want it for dinner. #foodie #indonesianfood #singaporefood
