Crisp Waffles at Sooner or Later Cafe

Check out Sooner or Later, the newest cafe that opened only last week along Haji Lane, joining the family of hipster cafes in the area. They open from 11am to 11pm on Tuesdays-Thursdays, and until midnight on Fridays-Sundays! The cafe’s interior is a little small, but they also have an outdoor seating area should you wish to dine in. I recommend getting their Waffles ($6), which are above average and have a nicely crisp exterior and fluffy interior 🧇 Eat it while it’s warm and it pairs well with a Double Scoop ($9) of cold ice cream! They have quite a few flavours here, and we tried the Hojicha and Butterscotch, both of which were fragrant and leaned towards the sweeter side, but not cloyingly so. I also tried their Earl Grey Cake ($8), which comes with a decent earl grey fragrance.
