Amoy hotel by Far East Hospitality took me on a blast into the past with just checking into their hotel, the lobby filled with a ton of artefacts that details the rich Singapore history in the Chinese culture, dwelling back to when Singapore was just a small fishing port in the south of Asia. While their rooms are definitely a state of the art rooms in the service and technology , their lobby showcase the proud heritage of the early Chinese immigrants of Singapore in the 1850s by stepping into Fuk Tak Chi Museum, the first temple in Singapore to understand the love, life, triumph and tribulations of the Singapore founding members
