The most famous dragon playground is at Toa Payoh Lorong 6. This dragon playground represents our Singapore Heritage. It is one of the earliest playgrounds built in our neighbourhood back in the 1970s. Many grown ups can relate their childhood back to this dragon playground. The dragon is made up of terrazzo mosaic tiles which make it so special. It gives a nicer and life-like appearance to the dragon. It is entirely different to the modern playground which does not use tiles anymore. I am happy that there are still dragon playgrounds being left untouched in our fast-moving society.
