So carry a bottle with you when you are at Library@Orchard the next time. Now, I will tell you why. Pls go up to level 4 and find a seat facing the windows. You will be able to have a fantastic view of Orchard road with the glass to ceiling windows and enjoy the views. Plus it is free entry and you can read a book and enjoy the afternoon here. It is so much better and cheaper than spending time in a cafe. When you get tired, you can move inwards and find a nicer lounge chair and continue reading. There is no time limit at the library and nobody will chase you away.
