This bridge looks like a tube and it is see through so you can view the traffic right under your feet. You will be able to take some reflective photos on the tube using the reflections by sun and lights. At night, the lights will turn on and it will be of various colours. This tube bridge is on level 3, so you have to enter Orchard gateway and take the lift or escalator to level 3. I will suggest you to use a wide angle lens and you will be able to create your own unique and artistic photos over here.
