It is also air-conditioned so there is no need to worry about being hot and stuffy. They are still using the long sock to make coffee in a traditional way. These socks are in fact a cloth filter so the barista will need to keep filtering the coffee powder through the socks. Also, they charcoal grill their toast and it gives a crispy taste to their thinly sliced bread too. You will definitely feel like you have teleported back to the 80s through this kopitiam culture.
