Just adjacent of the famous kempinski hotel Singapore, Capitol Bistro Bar is just a short walk from the hotel. Order their high tea set which consist of 3 tiers of various sandwiches, tea cakes, scones, tarts, macarons and so much more, with a choice of coffee or tea. The best part is all this is only at $28/set. The food is delicious, refined and the service was excellent. The bistro's setting was nice, with a tropical inspired warm ambience. It is a great place for a lovely hang out with friends over high tea and I strongly recommend this place.
