Singapore store exploration | 20GRAMS COFFEE, a great Nordic style cafe☕️

#新加坡景点 I started my coffee shop exploration trip again on the weekend. The 20grams Coffee Roastery I went to this time really amazed me😆! It is hidden in an industrial park in the east of Singapore. I went there just to taste the Nordic-style lightly roasted beans. I first ordered a Kenya AB washed hand-poured beer and a glass of Salvador sun-dried Flat White. The red currant flavor of Kenyan hand-brewed coffee is very obvious, and the rich fruit acid blooms in the mouth, which will satisfy those who control acidity! The Flat White from El Salvador is very richly extracted and has a very prominent acidity. I love it! Afraid that I wouldn’t drink enough, I added another cup of Colombian gesha brewed from scratch. The beans were sun-dried, but had a slightly fermented flavor, and a strawberry aroma in the aftertaste. However, it was still slightly inferior to the Kenyan one. Overall, 20grams is really good. Although it is a bit far away, it is definitely worth a visit! The coffee is rich and has a unique flavor. Coffee lovers should not miss it. There was a small incident when I was leaving. I originally planned to go to a subway station not far away, but it suddenly rained heavily. I waited nearby for half an hour but the rain didn't stop. So in Singapore, even if it’s sunny outside and the weather forecast says it’s going to rain, you must bring an umbrella!
