The Ice Cream Bar Singapore

came here as i saw an ig reel on the "top 3 ice cream places in singapore" so obviously i had to come and see for myself! i feel like the flavours presented are very interesting and they specialise in liquor ones. sicilian pistachio had these salty and sweet notes that hit just right, and the little pistachio bits inside made the texture interesting and more flavourful. coffee whiskey was amazing- the whiskey's strong taste and coffee worked together very well and had some small bits inside as well. the coffee whiskey ice cream melted quite fast tho :( the sicilian pistachio was 2 stars premium and coffee whiskey 1 star premium iirc, so i paid an extra $3 altogether. pricing is a little on the steep side especially for their premium flavours (see last slide), but i would revisit and try their other interesting flavours too! #singaporetrip#food
