6 Letter Brunch Coffee Singapore

Popped by 6 Letter Coffee, a cosy garden-themed cafe along Tanjong Katong Road. Despite it being way past lunch time, the cafe was packed. The 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶 ($19) caught our attention. The masterfully marinated chicken thigh was perfectly executed and surprisingly went well with the side of mashed avocado. The rosti, however, wasn’t crispy enough for our liking. The 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘀 piqued our interest. Nestled within the tortilla shells were scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and tomato salsa, brought together harmoniously by the chipotle honey aioli. The tacos tasted sensational, but $15 for two pieces was rather steep. We also ordered the unique 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 ($7.30); thumbs up for the latte art too.
