Nemesis Cafe Singapore

When it comes to cocktails, we’re always more of a fan for the wilder and weirder side of things - the mishmash of all sorts (always a plus point if they didn’t have a menu). 😜 The brainchild of the folks behind juniorthepocketbar, Nemesis has opened up their doors in Duxton Hill, the drinking lair for both the sophisticated and nasty to enjoy! 😈 The first thing we noticed about this space is definitely its quirkiness, with out-worldly portraits conjured up by @feral_sg. We had our drinks from the 𝗡𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼 range, meaning that they are of no or low alcohol content. The 𝗜𝗮𝘀𝗼 has a nice medicinal taste to it, almost delicious if we have to say. The garnish did freak us out a bit, as though they took it from an Alien movie. 👾 The 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺 is on the fruity and sweeter side, with a hint of smokiness. 🍑 The winner is definitely their 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮 dish. Not just any ordinary lasagna, they actually found a way to deep fry it. 🤤 The outside layer is crunchy which goes amazingly well with the moist interior. The house-made bolognese sauce brought out the oozy goodness. 🍅 #singaporetrip#cafe
