Claudine Restaurant Singapore

The menu is inspired by the Apéro ritual, where the French would spend an hour or so before dinner to host a get-together and unwind over cocktails and light snacks. It’s the same here as well, with the food truck being operational an hour before the restaurant’s actual dinner service. It’s also the perfect time to come and visit as the golden evening sun shines warmly on us as we dined. ☀️ We tried their 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼 & 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 which is fresh and sweet with a nice crunch. The olive oil gives it a rich finish as well. The 𝗣â𝘁é 𝗖𝗿𝗼û𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀 is firm and is very flavourful, but can be quite an acquired taste. The 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇 is refreshing and pairs amazingly well with the small appetisers. 🥂 #singaporetrip#cafe
