Disappointing Ritz Club

Address - Marina Bay 7, Raffles Ave, 039799 Ambiance/Facilities - relaxing lounge with marina bay view Highlights - went here on 21st Dec 2021, around the time when they just reopen. Shocked to find that the service and food here is super bad. Club lounge provide food for all day, but I found stain in the tea cup and utensils, plus there was moulded raspberry yogurt on display! Went to find manager to feedback but was directed to Navindren who is the supervisor that doesn't know how to react properly. He took the moulded raspberry from me then just walk away. It was a disaster and worse club lounge experience. Food here are also that bad, I find only dinner (beef) is good although there was no consistency in the done-ness of vegetables served. Avg.
