Dopamine-colored Chinatown, great for photos and delicious food!

Chinatown, after spending a few days here, I've got the lay of the land. Let me share some must-visit photo spots and food recommendations with you all~ 📸 Must-visit photo spots: P1 - 4: The row of colorful Peranakan-style buildings on Keong Saik Road is incredibly photogenic! Just set your location to Potato Head Singapore restaurant, it's in the building with the 'Tong Ah' sign. You can take beautiful photos from any angle on this street. P5: The best spot to capture Pearl's Hill is at the intersection of Temple Street and Trengganu Street. At the same location, there's a souvenir shop called Wow at 20 Trengganu Street, their keychains are great, only 2 SGD each, very cost-effective. 🍱 Food recommendations: Don't miss the Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice and Lao Ban Soya Beancurd at Maxwell Food Centre, they taste amazing! The claypot frog porridge at Geylang Lor 9 is also worth a try, the frogs are big and the porridge is very flavorful. Surprisingly, you can even order crocodile here, which is quite astonishing! At Chinatown Point mall, there's Mr. Coconut and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, and Ya Kun at People's Park Complex, all within walking distance, so you can check them all out in one go. The most surprising find was the Mexican tamales at Mami's Tamales, just like the emoji🫔. The corn dough filled with meat and spicy sauce, steamed in corn husks, is rarely seen in China. I ordered a Lunch Set, and the corn chips and salsa that came with it were super delicious. I highly recommend you give it a try!
