The fish skin had just the right amount of crispiness, perfectly seasoned with a hint of spice. A great companion to the other dishes. Seafood Curry Mee: Rich, creamy, and packed with fresh seafood. The broth had a deep, aromatic flavor that lingered in a pleasant way. The noodles soaked up all the goodness, making each slurp a delight. Penang Fried Kway Tiao: The stir-fried noodles were smoky, savory, and delicious. The wok hei (charred aroma) was strong, and the combination of prawns, eggs, and bean sprouts made it a perfectly balanced dish.
