What to eat in Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

I love trying different cuisines around the world, since West African food is not commonly found in Hong Kong, I have decided to try Tamba when I was visiting Singapore. Tamba is a tribute to the restaurant owner’s late step brother. It is an initiate restaurant with beautiful decorations that celebrates the vibrant flavours of West African cuisines. (I was told it took nearly 2 years to set up the restaurant and to fine tune the decor) Tamba also offers a wide array of African wine and the South African pinot noir really caught our eyes. What we ordered: - Woodfire Grilled White Pearl Corn - Woodfire Grilled Beef - Sinyea Jollof Rice (the waitress described it was african fried rice) - Shuku Shuku (coconut dessert) I would 100% recommend you to visit if you happen to be in Singapore. Be sure to make a booking because the restaurant is relatively small. πŸ“Tamba Address: 101 Duxton Rd, Singapore 089964 #singapore #localfood #africanfood
