Heritage Staycation at Fullerton

Address - 1 Fullerton Square Ambience - heritage amidst luxury Price per night - under $300 (with Trip.com promotion and SRV) Rating - 💫💫💫💫 Originally known as the Fullerton Building which housed the General Post Office was converted into a luxury hotel in 2000. Never had the opportunity to do a staycay until now when there’s no better time to explore luxury hotels with the SRV. Check-in didn’t take too long in view that there’s quite a lot of staycationers as it’s a weekend. Got a room facing the CBD. Not too bad and it’s enjoyable to be able to relax in the balcony catching up on kindle. Requested for an extra bed which is paired with couch making it like double bed. The kids are fascinated with the “hi-tech” toilet bidet which we rarely find in other hotels. Haha! Restaurants were surprisingly full and have no choice but to pop over to One Fullerton for dinner which is just opposite. Very convenient. Nice view along the Singapore River when we did our evening walks. CBD is indeed quiet and peaceful on a weekend. We really enjoyed this stay and the kids want to go back again.
