Pre-Valentine’s Dinner at Qin

#dateideas Picture this: lounging by the infinity pool, relaxing in a heated whirlpool after a swim, enjoying drinks at the Qin while watching the sun set, having a candlelight dinner then finally settling down in your room at a luxury hotel Qin is located at the 5th floor of The Clan luxury hotel. It has a high ceiling with glass walls, boasting of the great view of Telok Ayer and Amoy streets. They have a sunset special (like happy hour) where you can get 1 for 1 cocktails, wine or beer with complimentary snacks. Always awesome watching sunsets while sipping your favorite drinks! We had their Sang Mein (tiger prawn with crustacean oil and truffle, in a casserole) and Kurobota (400f grilled kurobota pork with vegetables and mustard sauce). Both, very yummy and filling! Their wait staff are very attentive - one even gave me warm water to help me stay warm since he noticed me (quite) shivering due to the cold! We wanted to explore the neighborhood & grab dessert elsewhere so we turned down their offer… oh well, next time.
