I specially took my child to Singapore for this science museum

🇸🇬 As a family travel expert, I am often asked about the best destinations for families. Regardless of the child's age, my answer is always the same: of course, it's Singapore! 👧🏻 Besides good security, clean city, stable climate, no time difference, no language barrier, and visa-free entry, Singapore also has the best family-friendly venues in the world! 🪐 I had almost taken my child to every corner of Singapore before, but I didn't expect to miss a treasure venue—the Science Centre Singapore! ✈️ So, this summer, I specially took my little girl to Singapore just to check out this treasure science museum! ✨ Having taken my child to more than ten countries and visited countless family-friendly venues, the Science Centre Singapore definitely ranks in my top 3! The interactivity and experience are particularly good, with more than ten themed exhibition areas, each with hands-on activities and rich interactive experiences. It not only allows children to learn while playing but also stimulates their interest in science, and even parents can enjoy it! Moreover, many exhibits have Chinese explanations, which is really helpful for non-native English-speaking parents! 💦 Don't expect to finish the tour in half a day. My child stayed from opening to closing, and the science center even has a large water play area, which no child can resist! 📍 If time is limited, you can focus on the following exhibition areas: 🪞 Mirror Maze: This maze is not only fun but also helps children understand the principles of optics. After I explained refraction and reflection to my little girl, she could walk out of the maze without a 'detection stick'! 💩 Know Your Poo: This exhibition area is so cute! It humorously and straightforwardly explains the workings of the digestive system, making it a perfect example of learning through laughter! 🧟 Phobia: This is like a 'children's version' of a haunted house, with scenes that scared me as a child, but now they seem a bit 'cute'? It allows children to face their fears, serving as an introductory psychology lesson. 🌍 Earth Alive: My favorite exhibition area! It uses various interactive devices to observe simulated geological effects like typhoons, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions, sparking children's interest in earth sciences. 💥 Besides various exhibition areas, don't miss the Energy Titans show (12:00) and the Fire Tornado show (14:30)!
