Inked Affinities A Siaw-Tao Collaborative Showcase Exhibition

The exhibition shows that traditional ink painting is still important in today's art. It demonstrates how old techniques can be refreshed and used in new ways. Common ways of collaborating include several people working on a painting, with one person adding calligraphy. Today, collaborations can also involve many people working on a calligraphy piece or several seal carvers adding their seals to the same artwork. It’s such an interesting experience.
