#singaporetrip The Pandan Beer is no gimmick! I know pandan itself smells and tastes mild (being a Southeast Asian), but I never thought it would be so compatible to craft beer as infusion. You'll know it's right on the face as soon as you take a sip, yet it still isn't too overpowering over the real character of the beer. I always choose outdoor seating, which seems to be mostly deserted in wee hours (most choose to have the meal indoors). Given the climate, they often turn the large fans on whenever there's multiple diners in the alfresco dining area. I wish they have a separate smoking area in the outdoor seating area though - sometimes a few customers and even the employees take smoke break there despite presence of other customers, who might not like cigarette smells nearby.
