Asian Civilisations Museum

#singaporetrip Having visited most of the major museums in Singapore, I can confidently say that this one is definitely worth checking out. However, I did find it challenging to navigate between exhibitions. There were no clear instructions on how to move from one to the next, so I ended up walking to the end and then retracing my steps. This meant I could have missed some smaller exhibition areas if I wasn't paying close attention. I had to ask the guards for directions multiple times. Additionally, all the elevators were out of service, so I had to take the stairs. Despite these difficulties, I found this smaller museum to be a nice place to spend a solid two hours exploring everything it has to offer. There is a cafe downstairs and a souvenir shop where I noticed they offer interesting workshops like porcelain decoration on plates and mugs, although I didn't have time to try them. If you've already visited all the major museums in the area, I recommend paying a visit here to enjoy a leisurely walk and immerse yourself in their impressive collections. Don't have to buy ticket in advance, just purchase upon arrival at the kiosk or counter.
