Australia vibe cafe

Symmetry cafe is around bugis area and it totally gives you the Australia cafe vibe! I’ve heard of this place many times and finally decided to try this place. We came on a weekend and surprisingly it was not too crowded, we managed to get a table almost immediately, but I was a counter seat. I’m actually glad we seated at the counter seats, we can observe how the barista make the drinks and it was enjoyable :) I love how they serve our coffee with a mini gingerbread cookie, the coffee was good but it’s a bit pricey, it cost $9 for a ice mocha. Interestingly, they also serve other drinks like smoothie and even cocktails! I ordered a weekend big breakfast and it was good, really love the Brussels sprouts! They serve mentaiko jam on a toasted sourdough bread and it was delicious! You can choose how you want your egg to be cooked as well :) This big breakfast cost $30. My favourite dish is the waffle topped with berries and ice cream. It tastes as good as it looks! They are very generous with the berries, it’s so complex, they put Nutella and granola as well, it gives you different layer of texture and taste, a solid 10/10. I would recommend this place!
