Cafe Monochrome (Syed Alwi)

#singaporetrip Into the 2D world. How would it be if your life is only two dimensional? Singapore first 2D cafe, with another addition to Jalan Besar area. Similar concept to the 2D cafe in Korea whereby everything is just black and white and seems like they are still doing some renovation works to one side of the cafe, maybe something new is coming up. No expectation to the coffee but to my surprise, it taste not bad. Although I didn't ask them for the type of beans they used but the taste is not diluted and acidic. Ordered their charcoal youtiao ice cream as well, quite creative and the combination actually taste good. I like that their Houjicha ice cream is not sweet and strong in taste.
