National Museum of Singapore 🇸🇬

#singapore We enjoyed the National Museum of Singapore; it was a great way to understand the country’s history. There was a lot of interesting information and presentations about life in Singapore. There were videos for those who preferred a more detailed overview, descriptions or artifacts and decades for those who like leisurely strolls. The section on school and games that are most interested in the teenager. The building is gorgeous and we saw a woman in an evening dress taking her picture. When we were there, there were activities for young children that were fun to walk, and interesting to see what shows they were highlighting for the kids – there was a museum guide to sell at the gift shop that would have been a fun activity for the kids. There was a fun walk “The Story of the Forest” through the show and information about the trees in the country. There were two private exhibits, one in wartime and the other on technological change. We particularly enjoyed technology where there were plenty of interactive presentations and a great opportunity to take photos and selfies – the interior of a house in the 1960s, an old office, phones, a beauty store and a place to capture your photos and watch them evolve in a dark room.
