Bare basic experience at Pan Pac Singapore

#fallishere Checking out soon from a revisit to this property with the main agenda being to burn my expiring D$ and check out the refurbishments. 🍀 The refurbished areas of the property is quite lovely - I loved the modern atas feel especially the fancy Discovery members’ check in area ❤️ The Deluxe Room was bright and modern and a welcome change from the past - I would have been very happy with everything the room if not for the food crumbs found in the gap of the couch. Requested for housekeeping to come by while I was out and they did - but also surprised there was no service recovery. 🙈 Then the TV didn’t work - though the staff came by quick enough to fix it. Yay 🥲 Then my Titanium welcome amenity didn’t come until I asked for it the next day - but thought this should have been a standard SOP by now? 🤦🏻♀️ Leaving this spot feeling like there is nothing much going for it except for the refurbishment. Elite recognition was either bare minimum or needed active reminder - not a great feeling. ☠️
