#exlporesgtogether #exploresgtogether #momentssg #staycation Throwing back to when Mandarin Oriental had their promo package, when they offered stays with complimentary lunch and breakfast at Melt Cafe, and late check out till 6pm 🤗 as there were 3 of us, we took the Premier room that comes with complimentary rollaway bed for third pax, late checkout till 6pm and breakfast and buffet lunch for 3 😎 thanks to srv we got it for 300+ Pro tip: be a fans of MO member and inform the staff of your membership number to get a welcome amenity, which was kind of them to do so even though I booked through Trip instead of direct ☺ got pineapple tarts as the gift but it may change. Appreciated the kind gesture of not only a complimentary birthday chocolate cake for my birthday, but also some fruits and balloon decoration too 🥰 and our room apparently was ready very early so we could check in earlier too Bed was one of the most comfortable ones we had so far; even the rollaway bed was of great quality and we had a good sleep. And we liked the balcony too for the occasional fresh air. Room was also spacious. Thank goodness for late checkout so we can enjoy the facilities and room longer. Lunch was the highlight; particularly the oysters and the seafood that were sooo fresh 👍 and the beef and desserts were delicious too ☺ like the fact that we could walk around to have a look at the diff stations and decide on what we want to eat. Breakfast was alright though I prefer the waffles and pancakes. Gym was pretty big, but love the big pool more because it overlooks marina bay area and managed to catch the sunset and see abit of marina bay area too 😍 love the seats partially covered by the water to cool down and relax, and the comfy cabanas to escape the heat. Service wise was great; the staff at the swimming pool offered water for us. The wait staff at Melt Cafe were pretty efficient and helpful. Hopefully will have the chance to come back when there are promo packages and get a room with the ocean or marina bay view!
