Stretching over the water between The Fullerton Hotel and the Asian Civilisations Museum, this well-preserved piece of solid steel stands as a reminder of our colonial past, and deserves an acknowledgement. But I do wonder if its significance is getting lost on tourists and locals alike who use the bridge merely as a scenic spot for pretty pictures… How many would take the trouble to read the informative signages?
