24/7 late nite chill

#singapore has many 24/7 place we can visit. One of it is Coffee Bean. This branch located at Raffles City in City Hall area. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I chose indoor since its hot outside. Not much food left during night time but still a good place to have late night catch up or meeting. Service is slow due to shortage of manpower (only 2 staffs around!), yet they still work their best to accomodate guests. Self-service is expected. #foodie #coffee
