GHA Black Local Experience No. 4! 5-COURSE GHA DISCOVERY LUNCH AT CASSIA “Relish in a 5-course contemporary cantonese menu with tea pairing” A relaxing weekday lunch at one of the poshest Chinese restaurant in Singapore💰 I loved loved loved the siew mai (because.abalone) and the glorious flavorful soup 🍲. The generous plate of cod benefitted from the bed of crunchy veg but by itself could have been more seasoned 🐟Rice was meh (but yays to lap cheong) but desert was a uniquely refreshing end to the meal. 🍧 I’m a coffee person but found myself enjoying the elaborate tea pairing - Eastern Beauty tea for the win! 🫖 Service was stellar, in line with my Capella experience. Seriously, how do they train these guys? 🌟 Fancy eats indeed!
