The whole dome is air conditioned and it has different theme event which they will bring in flowers from all over the world. The Dome is filled with permanent plant and flowers that are well maintained for appreciation. From Gardens by the Bay, you can also get a good view of the entire Marina Bay Sands and a chance to get really good photo of it.
