Great for Kids Stay @ InterContinental

The kids really enjoyed their jungle themed room, complete with bunk beds and slide. The thoughtful kid-friendly amenities in the bathroom was a nice touch too. I particularly love the step stool that was placed in the bathroom, so that the kids could reach the tap and sink easily. The tiny human bathrobe was also really cute and nice. Only area of discomfort was trying to get to the hotel lobby from the carpark. Due to covid restrictions, the door was locked from the inside, and we were stranded there at the carpark with our luggages and kids for quite a while. There was a number for us to call if we needed help to open the door but no one answered it. Thankfully, one of the staff was walking past the door and saw us outside the door, and he went on to open the door for us. And he proceeded to help us check in smoothly and his personable and pleasant demeanour more than made up for the earlier inconvenience. All in all, had a wonderful stay at the InterCon, and would love to go back again.
