[Korea/Seoul] Shinchon: Michelin-starred tantanmen with long queues

Dandan noodle restaurant in Shinchon, Seoul, Korea [Seinikumentai / 정육면체 신촌점] Sinchon, a popular area in Korea I was looking for a place to have dinner when I noticed a Michelin sign 👀 It was still a little early for dinner at 5pm, but I saw people being drawn in and decided to try it! The menu has dandan noodles with and without soup. I ordered the signature red dandan noodles with soup and white dandan noodles to share. As expected of Korea. The red one was written as being about the same as spicy ramen, but I recommend the white one to those who don't like spicy food! By the time I left, there was a line outside!
