Phnom Bakheng Temple @ Angkor Wat

Getting There - This temple is strategically located in proximity to the most famous Angkor Wat Temple. Since this is one of the few temples that opens at 5 in the morning we went to explore this temple directly after watching the sunset at the Northern Reflexion pound of Angkor Wat. The walk up to the temple takes between 10-20 minutes depending on your fitness level. I recommend you to hike up early in the morning. otherwise it will be very hot and sunny on the path up to the mountain where the temple is Attractions - The main attraction is the view on Angkor Wat from there Hotels - Food & Restaurants - Shopping -
