During our trip to Takamatsu in Shikoku, we visited one of the main islands around Takamatsu: Shodoshima. 💪🏻 While exploring the island, we stumbled upon Ramen Hishio, known for its unique Shodoshima soy sauce ramen. Ramen Hishio is famous for its Shodoshima soy sauce ramen. The broth is made from pork and chicken bones, combined with seafood broth made from dried fish from the Seto Inland Sea. The key ingredient is the locally produced Shodoshima soy sauce, which gives the ramen a rich and unique flavor without being greasy. 😋 You can enjoy the ramen while sitting at a seaside table, taking in the beautiful sunset over the Seto Inland Sea.
