Shitai, a tranquil small town surrounded by mountains

👍️Recommendation: Shitai County, under the jurisdiction of Chizhou City in Anhui Province, is located in the southern part of Anhui Province and the western part of the southern Anhui mountainous area. It enjoys the reputation of being "China's most beautiful original ecological mountain village." The entire county is surrounded by the Qiupu River, with continuous mountains in all directions, and its connection to the outside world relies entirely on mountain tunnels. Standing on any road in the county, the end of the line of sight is undulating mountains, giving a sense of being in a secret realm. 📅Travel Guide: Shitai's more famous attractions include Guniujiang, Baishiling, Dashan Selenium-rich Village, and Penglai Fairy Cave, all within a half-hour drive from the county. Penglai Fairy Cave is the closest, just ten minutes away, making it very convenient to visit. 🏨Accommodation Guide: We chose Huazhu Shitai Xishuiwan Tangchi Homestay for our trip. The rooms come with private hot springs. Drinking tea and soaking in the hot springs during stormy weather is extremely pleasant! The homestay is also very close to various attractions, just a half-hour drive to Guniujiang and Baishiling Village, and ten minutes to Penglai Fairy Cave.
