Adventure World, Shirahama

When you come to Wakayama Shirahama, you must visit the theme parks. They have the Animal Land zoo, Panda Love panda house, Marine Wave aquarium and Play Zone amusement park. One of the things I liked most was that the place was not too crowded. And it's very close to the JR train station. It didn't take us long to visit the sights. If you drive there yourself, their parking lot is free. Because the theme park rides are not included but I recommend still spending 2000 yen to buy a free pass, it's still worth it because you don't have to wait for multiple rides. The wildlife park Safari World is also good, you can get closer to the animals, if you can walk I would recommend going for the walking route rather than taking the bus and wandering around the wildlife park. You can book animal feeding programs on their website, including lions, dolphins, giraffes, etc., but the number of places each day is limited, first come first served!
