Shibuya is an amazing place to visit in Tokyo. So many interesting shops to windowshop. A dream place also for anime fans. Shibuya Sky is definitely the best spot here to observe the skyline, especially if you stay for the sunset. The only issue is whether you can book the tickets for the perfect entrance time. For example, in winter, the best time to go is around 15:30 because the sunset time is just about 16:30. The best view comes before and after sunset.
