Exploring Qianhai Space Capsule Apartments

Shenzhen Qianhai Longwan International Talent Apartment is located in the 05 block of the Fourth Development Unit in the Qianhai Guiwan area, scheduled for completion and use in 2025. Designed by Pritzker Prize winner Foster + Partners, it adopts the "space capsule" design concept. The 180-meter twin towers are arranged in a fan shape, combining scenic views with privacy. The central area features a concentrated public space with a futuristic concept. A semi-public garden connects the towers, extending the ground-level green belt experience; the platform seamlessly connects with the Guiwan elevated walkway, forming a green urban oasis. The sky garden offers panoramic views and community activity spaces, creating a balance between nature and the city.
