Located in Futian District, Shenzhen, this hotel is more suitable for business travel in terms of location. The service at The Langham has always been a personal favorite of mine. The attention to detail in the hotel's service makes guests feel genuinely cared for. The concierge is always ready to assist with luggage and opening doors, while the staff and cleaners encountered throughout the hotel maintain an elegant demeanor and polite greetings. Even something as simple as ordering a fried egg at breakfast comes with the attentive service of a staff member promptly delivering it to your table. The public areas of The Langham truly deserve high praise. Built on a foundation of pristine white marble, the space exudes classic elegance and grandeur. The lobby and restaurant feature oversized crystal chandeliers that sparkle brilliantly, while the spiral staircase between the first and second floors adds a touch of sophistication as you ascend. Fresh floral arrangements are visible throughout, providing daily freshness and ambiance. The hotel boasts two swimming pools.
