This hotel is amazing and such great value!

I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen for my business trip to Futian District, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel is super conveniently located right next to the subway station, with easy access to the Convention and Exhibition Center and shopping malls. The lobby is decorated in a modern minimalist style, and a subtle fragrance greets you at the door, instantly making you feel relaxed. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which was much larger than I expected. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the CBD skyline at night—the lights were incredibly therapeutic. The bed was just the right firmness, the pillows were supportive, and I slept soundly through the night. The separate shower and toilet design in the bathroom was thoughtful, the water pressure was great, and the toiletries were the hotel's own brand with a fresh, non-irritating scent. Breakfast was served on the 4th floor, and the variety was astonishing! In addition to the usual Western and Chinese buffet options, there was a live cooking station for rice noodles and cheung fun. The fruit section featured seasonal lychees and longans. The staff cleared plates promptly, and the fact that you could take coffee to go was a huge plus for business travelers. A special shout-out to the 24-hour gym, which had new equipment and was practically empty when I went, allowing for a fantastic private workout. There's also an outdoor pool on the 5th floor. While not large, the water was crystal clear, and an evening swim was very relaxing. The business center offers free printing services, which is a godsend for business travelers. A shopping mall is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to grab bubble tea or late-night snacks. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel for any necessities. The front desk can help you call a taxi and thoughtfully provides a small card with the hotel's address. The only minor drawback was the average soundproofing; I could hear people talking in the hallway. I recommend choosing a room on a higher floor for more quiet. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen. It's perfect for both business and leisure travel.
