Shenzhen Luxury Hotel Ceiling｜In-depth Experience of Qianhai St. Regis

I was fortunate to attend the opening ceremony of Shenzhen Qianhai OCT St. Regis Hotel~ Staying in the hotel's 90-square-meter St. Regis Suite, from the butler service to the delicious food and wine, every moment at the St. Regis made me feel what the "polishing of details" of a luxury hotel means. When you enter the hotel lobby, you will first be attracted by the 8-meter-high bronze pavilion. The designer, Mr. Fu Houmin, integrated the charm of the two cities of Shenzhen and New York into this building. The spacious space, artistic decorations, and meticulous attention to detail make you feel like you want to stay here all day as soon as you walk in. Every detail reveals the sophistication and elegance of a luxury hotel. Speaking of food, let’s start with the exquisite afternoon tea at [Xian Yi Lang]～ ☕️The latte is rich and the scones are freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I really like the lobster caviar green beans and caviar sandwiches🥪, which are both creative and classic. The foie gras mousse has a smooth and delicate texture. One bite of it will make you feel relaxed. 🍳Hotel breakfast: Shrimp dumplings, siu mai, Benedict eggs, Shunde fish paste porridge, wonton noodles. These are authentic and delicious, and are exactly what I think of as a "comfortable breakfast". Especially the freshly made Cantonese wonton noodles, with its delicious soup base and chewy noodles, I really want to have another bowl! 🥣Dinner: I tried the Cantonese cuisine at [Yan Ting Chinese Restaurant]. The roast pork was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the spinach and fish maw soup was nourishing and filling, and the beef pot with golden tripe was sour and spicy, which was a good choice for appetizers. The caviar tofu has a crispy skin and soft tofu inside, which is very satisfying. 🍸St. Regis Bar: "Bay Area Mary" specialty cocktail🍹I have tried it for everyone. The aroma of lychee and osmanthus is fresh and not greasy, and it feels very refreshing! The bar atmosphere is also a plus, full of art, and it is suitable for relaxing here at night.
