At the highest point of Haishan Park stands a striking artistic tower made of colorful tiles, serving as the park's most eye-catching landmark. The tower's tip features a 'pearl shell,' the body is surrounded by 'sea snails,' and the base resembles a primitive stone cave, showcasing the characteristics of medieval European architecture.
