The meal started with three types of bread paired with two special sauces: one was black truffle butter, and the other was garlic-flavored butter, both offering rich and layered tastes. The crab and avocado salad appetizer was served in a crispy pastry shell. The fresh crab meat, combined with vegetables, was refreshing and appetizing. The highlight was the main course steak. Perfectly seared on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, the steak was enhanced by the accompanying caviar. The seafood pasta was also impressive, with a rich tomato sauce coating the al dente noodles and fresh, plump seafood. The creamy mushroom penne in the middle was rich and aromatic, with the mushroom's freshness blending into the cream, making it irresistible. The dessert of fresh fruit panna cotta had a delicate texture, complemented by the fruit jelly and crispy pieces on the side, offering a rich mouthfeel. The accompanying strawberry sparkling wine was not only visually appealing but also refreshing and palate-cleansing.
